About us.

Since 1997, we have been shaping youth support services in Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Mitte. Professionally. With passion. And a clear approach.
As a recognised provider of independent youth support, we support young people and families in challenging life situations – in residential care, on an outpatient basis, in everyday school life and during the transition to training and work. In addition, we offer low-threshold, culturally sensitive advice to refugee families through our mobile service.
With our multi-professional team, we stand for belonging, self-determination and equal rights – without compromise. We offer youth support that takes responsibility and makes a tangible difference.
With conviction and clarity, we stand by young people and families. We know that those who seek our support bring not only challenges, but also experiences, individual strengths and the hope for a better future. That is precisely where our work begins.
Our guiding principle: we listen, take things seriously and act decisively. We give a voice to those who are overlooked or systematically neglected. We offer protection and create pathways to freedom and self-development. We design youth support in a systemic and intercultural way, working on an equal footing with young people and families.
For us, the focus is always on the whole person – embedded in family, friendships, the social environment and the wider world. In doing so, we are explicitly committed to democracy, openness to the world and equality. We say: Every person has dignity. Every person has rights. And every person belongs.

Our mission statement.

We are convinced that every person – regardless of origin, gender, skin colour, religion or other personal characteristics – has the same right to dignity, participation and a self-determined life.
Our work is based on an open understanding of society and culture. We see different experiences and perspectives as a strength. They enable exchange, broaden horizons and promote mutual learning.
Democracy, openness to the world and acceptance form the basis of our actions. We are committed to a society in which everyone has equal opportunities and diversity is taken for granted.
At the heart of our work are the people we support. Our aim is to empower them to use their own resources and shape their lives in a self-determined way – in the spirit of helping people to help themselves.
